Kibris (Cyprus) Turkish Airlines (KTHY) has begun updating its fleet with the delivery of two Boeing 737-800s on six-year leases from Sunrock Aircraft. The part-owned division of THY Turkish Airlines operates holiday flights from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on services to Turkey, Israel, the UK, Germany and other major European destinations. The new 737s will replace some of the six ageing Boeing 727-200 Advs currently operated.
