US cargo carrier Atlas Air is to equip its Boeing 747 freighters with flightdeck laptop computer docking stations that will allow crews to calculate runway performance and centre of gravity. The turnkey system, supplied by Spirent Systems will also host digital documentation and a loadmaster weight and balance programme.
