LATAM Airlines has issued a UF5 million ($200 million) bond in Chile’s capital market.
The 10-year bond was offered to institutional investors on the Santiago stock exchange, Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago. It carries a monthly coupon of 2.73% - with a spread of 201 basis points, LATAM says in a statement.
Credicorp Capital and Santander were the financial advisers and placing agents for the transaction.
