Aircraft component manufacturer Exameca (Hall2B, Stand E9) has come up with a novel way of ensuring people that notice its products.

Instead of displaying an actual Dassault Falcon 50 landing gear to show the tyre brake and landing gear gate manufactured by the company, Exameca has constructed a clear model of the landing gear and has attached its metal components to it. To draw further attention to the components the clear parts of the gear are lit from within using coloured lights.

"We did this to ensure that the components we manufacture stand out on this landing gear model," said Stéphane Trallero, sales executive, Exameca. Exameca also manufactures components for the Dassault Falcon 900 and 2000. The Po-based company also provides sheet metal welding and machining for Snecma, Turbomeca, Thales and Goodrich.
