Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems, of Fort Worth, Texas, has appointed Dr Vernon Lee to the new position of vice-president of the newly created Systems Development Center and the FS-X fighter aircraft. He was most recently vice-president of Lockheed Martin's Japan FS-X programme, which he will continue to oversee. Richard Bradley becomes deputy for development at the Center, having most recently been director of flight sciences at Lockheed Martin's Product Engineering division. Donald Jones becomes director of the FS-X programme, having formerly been FS-X deputy director for product development.
