Visitors interested in air defence missile systems compare new and old Patriot systems at the Atlantic Research Corporation (ARC) stand.
ARC, one of the world's largest suppliers of missile propulsion systems, showcases an impressive array of military hardware at Hall 2/A34, including the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 replacement. ARC makes the rocket motor and altitude control motor array for Lockheed Martin Vought Systems. The whole system, which is enclosed in a composite case to reduce weight, is due to be deployed by the US Army in 1998.
