ST Engineering secured around S$1.3 billion ($959 million) in new contracts in the aerospace sector, for the first quarter of the year that ended 31 March.
The Singapore group says that among the new contracts is a 10-year service agreement with a long-time, unidentified North American operator, to provide heavy maintenance checks for its fleet of Airbus A300s and Boeing 757s.
The contract will cover over 160 aircraft, to be serviced at its facilities in San Antonio and Pensacola, from 2020.
ST Engineering also clinched contracts from new airline customers in Africa and Europe to provide component repair services for their Bombardier Q400s.
Other contracts it secured cover engine wash, as well as equipment leasing solutions, for customers in the Middle East and Europe.
ST Engineering says that its aerospace sector conducted 2,562 engine washes during the first quarter of the year.
