Within the last six months, two international teams have been formed to create a new 'force' in warhead technology.
They're called Team Lancer and Team Fuzing, and they're at Le Bourget to tell you more.
Team Lancer provides multi-warhead solutions for the attack and defeat of a wide range of hard targets; Team Fuzing specialises in the manufacture and supply of missile and bomb fuzes.
Contract
Team Fuzing, a consortium comprising US company Dayron, KDI & Raymond Engineering and Societa Esplosivi Industriali (SEI) of Italy, has recently been awarded a contract by Alenia Marconi Systems for the manufacture and supply of an unspecified number of fuses.
Team Lancer brings together Atlantic Research of the United States, the SEI and Impact Sciences of the UK.
