Cessna will begin relocating tooling for the Citation Mustang entry-level jet later this month from Wichita to Independence, Kansas, where production will begin in the fourth quarter against an order backlog of more than 230 aircraft. First flown on 23 April, the Wichita-built prototype has passed the 150h mark on more than 80 flights.
