GAMA and NBAA are encouraged by recent efforts to align the US NextGen air traffic control modernization project with its European counterpart, SESAR.
GAMA president Peter Bunce says the association's Brussels office is reporting there is recent movement to align SESAR with NextGen. "I can't emphasize how important that is," says Bunce, adding it could result in both projects being accelerated.
