Lufthansa Technik has been selected to develop the cabin management system (CMS) for the new all-composite Bombardier Learjet 85 aircraft.
The digital, Ethernet-based CMS and in-flight entertainment system will integrate all passenger entertainment and cabin environment management functions in a single system.
Bombardier says the system's open architecture also allows for easy integration of third-party equipment and new applications, such as high definition features.
"We are committed to offer our Learjet 85 aircraft customers an unmatched cabin experience backed by leading-edge quality components," adds David Coleal, vice-president and general manager, Learjet.
