Epic’s much publicized capital injection of $200 million from Kingfisher airlines owner Vijay Malloy has still not happened, the company said at a media briefing this morning.
Epic President and CEO Rick Schrameck said the company is separating into four diverse companies. Composites technology and design will be marketed out, while the experimental and certified aircraft will get different brand names.
