Conklin & de Decker (Booth 4734) is showcasing three ways it can help pass on its research findings on the real cost of operating aircraft to NBAA attendees.
Top of the list is its 2008 Volume II Aircraft Cost Evaluator software, which the company says makes it easy to compare operating costs for more than 490 business aircraft models. This benchmarking tool now covers more aircraft and offers simpler navigation.
New additions include the in-development Beechcraft Premier II and Dassault Falcon 900LX, as well as adding some of the key ‘business pistons’ such as the Cirrus SR20G3, SR22G3 and SRVG3, as well as Piper’s Matrix and Cheyenne I, Enstrom’s F28-F and Mitsubishi’s MU-2K and MU-2P.
“This is the tool that owners and operators need to use to benchmark their costs and we continue to look for ways to improve it,” says Bill de Decker, president of Conklin & de Decker. “This release is even more user-friendly and allows users to quickly export and print their reports as needed.”
In addition to the software-based Aircraft Cost Evaluator, the company will from Monday October 13 also offer reports for a single aircraft through its website. Customers will have access to as many as ten reports in each aircraft category just by logging onto www.conklindd.com.
“Access to cost information is in demand around the clock so we wanted to make it more convenient for our customers to benchmark costs for a single aircraft, on-demand whenever or wherever they are,” adds de Decker.
Reports can be printed or downloaded as PDF of Excel files, and can be accessed on its ‘members only’ section for the 60-days following purchase. Its web version will feature all of the data available in the Aircraft Cost Evaluator database. The company will host its 9th Aircraft Acquisition Planning Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona on December 3-4 this year.
