Briley Aviation is expanding its private aviation interests by acquiring the Assessment Compliance Group, a company specializing in safety management systems development, manual compilation, training and online technical support. Annapolis, Maryland-based Assessment Compliance has, over the past 15 years, helped clients write 2,000 manuals for domestic and international operators, trained 1,700 flight crew, and worked with 220 operators on SMS.
