Chevron-linked US aviation fuel distribution company Hiller has tailored its loyalty program to allow rewards to be distributed as the corporate flight department decides, which differentiates it from most others which tend to reward the pilots for their decision on where to upload fuel.
The system operates through agreement with AvCard and Fly Buy. President and CEO Martin Hiller says it is right that the decision about how loyalty rewards are distributed, should be the choice of the company or flight department. Hiller, which distributes fuel to fixed-base operators all over the USA for Chevron and ConocoPhillips, is preparing to expand into Europe now that, as Hiller explains, fuel companies tend to concentrate on manufacture and leave distribution and even marketing to specialists.
