Nashville will join Allegiant Air's network in mid-2018 as the ultra-low-cost carrier adds a total of 13 new year-round or seasonal routes.
The Las Vegas-based airline is to serve a total of five destinations from Nashville.
All 13 of Allegiant's new routes will be operated at twice-weekly frequency.
"We're thrilled to expand our service with 13 new routes and service to our newest city, Nashville," states Lukas Johnson, Allegiant's senior vice-president of commercial. "With the addition of these new routes, passengers will have even more options to get away with convenient, nonstop, affordable flights across the country on Allegiant."
The carrier will face no direct competition on any of the new routes, FlightGlobal schedules data shows. It will, however, have indirect competition on two of the 13 routes.
