Ness Technologies (stand 1039, Hall A) is demonstrating both its advanced visual reconnaissance system (AVRS) and Air Watch air defence command and control system.
The PC-based AVRS upgrades standard airborne observation systems to a full intelligence-gathering solution.
AVRS comprises maps and other geographic tools together with mission control data and live, automatically enhanced digital video.
AVRS also supports customer-specific geographical information system products and was designed to meet Israeli air force requirements.
Air Watch, which can generate an integrated high-quality air situation picture, interacts with different external systems. The air situation picture generator, one of Air Watch's main components, enables multi-radar/multi-target tracking.
