Pratt & Whitney Canada. (P&WC) is responding to the growing demand for its small engines outside of North America by launching a dedicated ‘customer first centre’ to deliver an integrated and rapid-response service to its customers worldwide.


It will support more than 30 P&WC-owned and designated overhaul facilities, along with field support representatives strategically located on all major continents,  as well as mobile repair teams available around the clock.


Based in Quebec, the  new centre is “ready to deliver an enhanced level of front-line support that is unmatched in terms of speed and efficiency," says Maria Della Posta, Vice President, Customer Support, P&WC.


The centre brings together expertise from across key P&WC services, including technical support, logistics, service engineering, engine maintenance programmes and warranty.”


P&WC is also expanding its parts distribution network in Europe and Asia.
