Kellstrom Commercial Aerospace is rebranding as Kellstrom Materials following the acquisition of AirLiance Materials last month.
Over the next year, Kellstrom's logistics operation will migrate to AirLiance's 161,000ft² (15,000m2) warehouse facility and headquarters near O'Hare Airport outside Chicago.
Roscoe Musselwhite, chief executive of Kellstrom Materials, says: "We've joined two industry-leading supply chain partners to create a single, much more capable organization. A new name seems appropriate."
