Space Exploration Technologies is submitting a request to the US Air Force to launch its second payload from Vandenberg Air Force Base on 6 December. The earliest date for the launch of its first payload and maiden flight of its Falcon launcher from Reagan range on Kwajalein Atoll is now 30 September.
