Adam Aircraft, maker of the A500 twin-engined piston and A700 AdamJet very light jet, has named Fairchild, Teledesic and McDonnell Douglas veteran John Wolf as chairman and chief executive, and former Boeing and Bombardier executive Steve Crowley as vice-president for sales, marketing and customer support. Northrop Grumman has appointed James Myers sector vice-president and general manager of its Navigation Systems division he joined the company through its acquisition of TRW Space. Former Israeli air force brigadier general Avner Raz is now chairman of Israel Military Industries. He has also worked for the Bedek division of Israel Aerospace Industries, Elisra and Lumenis. Former Hughes Supply chief operating officer Neal Keating is to replace Paul Kuhn as president and chief operating officer at Kaman. Parker Aerospace has promoted Frank Thompson, Joan Clark and Dennis Rice to group vice- president - supply chain group vice president - human resources and electronic systems division general manager, respectively. Virgin Atlantic has appointed Steve Griffiths as its director of engineering following the departure of Jeff Livings to Gulf Air.
