* Sally Geib has been appointed corporate secretary of Goodrich, a role she will carry out in addition to her existing function of vice-president and associate general counsel.

* Lycoming Engines has named Todd Stoner vice-president of sales and marketing in charge of developing business strategy and long-term growth through Textron's customer leadership initiatives. He was previously sales and marketing chief at Aventis. Lycoming president Ian Walsh has also appointed Mike Everhart director of distribution and channel management, in which role he will take care of the company's growing distribution network.

* Mike Zafirosky, president and chief executive officer of Motorola, has been elected to the board of directors of Boeing.

* Eclipse Aviation has made several appointments to position the very light jet manufacturer for "continued growth and leadership". Oliver Masefield and Don Burtis become senior vice-presidents and Ken Harness has been named vice-president of engineering. Harness was responsible for negotiating the change from Williams International to Pratt & Whitney engines for the Eclipse 500.
