* SR Technics has confirmed Philippe Erni as executive vice-president sales and marketing. Erni, who previously held the post on an interim basis, is responsible for the group's worldwide sales and marketing activities.
* Members of the Aerospace Industries Association executive committee have elected Robert Johnson of Honeywell Aerospace chairman of the board of governors for 2005. Johnson, Honeywell Aerospace's chairman, succeeds Alan Mulally of Boeing in the post. Northrop Grumman chairman, chief executive and president, Ronald Sugar, is the new vice-chairman. The board re-elected John Douglass as AIA's president and chief executive officer.
* Turbomeca USA has appointed Larry Alexandre chief operating officer for its Grand Prairie facility in Texas as part of its drive to increase US participation on Arriel 2 and Arrius 2 engines to 100%.
