Embraer has delivered two 170 jets to Libyan state-owned aviation services provider Petro Air. The deal, which also includes the option to acquire two Embraer 190s, is valued at $66.8 million. The 76-seat aircraft will be used to transport oil company personnel from Libya's capital Tripoli to the various "station points" throughout the country. The Embraer 170 will also be used for ad hoc charter services.
