Operated by the Bronco Demonstration Team, a group based at Kortrijk-Wevelgem in Belgium, the Vietnam-era aircraft had been on static display at the Royal International Air Tattoo at nearby RAF Fairford from 7-8 July. The more than 40-year-old aircraft was formerly operated by the German air force as a target tug.
