Kazakhstan's flag carrier Air Astana has taken delivery of two new Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, with a third to arrive in 2014.
The aircraft, which are owned by the carrier, replace two leased 767s that will be withdrawn from the fleet next year.
The new 767s are configured with 30 lie-flat business class and 193 economy class seats, as well as in-seat in-flight entertainment. The aircraft will be deployed on busy domestic routes and to international destinations including Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt and Amsterdam.

"The arrival of the new Boeing 767s marks another major step in the renewal of the Air Astana fleet, following the delivery of latest generation Airbus and Embraer types over the past two years, " says Air Astana president Peter Foster.
When the airline takes delivery of its third of the type in 2014, it will likely be the last passenger 767 delivered. Flightglobal's Ascend Online Fleets database shows that remaining 767 orders beyond this will be freighters or airframes for the US Air Force's KC-46 tanker programme.
Air Astana also has three 787-8s on order that will be delivered from 2017.
