Piper Germany has snapped up one of the UK's largest aircraft spares companies, CSE Parts Supply (CSEPS), as its aims to become the largest supplier for general aviation aircraft parts in Europe. The Kassel-based company, a Piper aircraft distributor, also owns parts suppliers Cooper Germany and RAS Parts and recently established a UK-based spares company, Piper UK.
CSEPS holds around one-third of the UK general aviation spares market and says it is one of the "largest [piston] engine distributors in Europe". Piper Germany is seeking to expand its market share through acquisitions.
