The Portuguese air force has received the last of its 12 EH101 multirole helicopters ordered from AgustaWestland, having already amassed over 2,000 flight hours on the 15t aircraft. One of four EH101s configured for combat search-and-rescue (CSAR) tasks, the final aircraft arrived at the service's Montijo airbase near Lisbon in mid-July. The aircraft will be operated by the air force's 751 Sqn, which also has six EH101s dedicated for SAR duties and two for fisheries protection tasks.
