Sir - I am appealing for budding Betjemans among the readership of Flight International.
The Basil Mogridge Trust, a private, non-profit-making, poetry society seeking to promote and publish contemporary British poetry, is looking for poems for a new anthology celebrating life in the air. A selection of the best will be printed in the forthcoming anthology, Taking Flight.
Anything of an aeronautical flavour will be considered, from limericks to haikus and from epigrams to epics.
Submissions must be received by 31 September, 1996, at the address below.
