Turboprop manufacturer ATR delivered 76 aircraft last year, and took firm orders for a further 52.
It says the market has been “difficult” but that it has reassigned the remaining aircraft which had originally been intended for Iran Air, before US sanctions prevented any further deliveries.
The regional airframer says 20 of the 52 aircraft ordered last year are ATR 42-600s.
It adds that it recorded turnover of $1.8 billion over the period.
ATR says the figures reflect a “solid performance” and show the -600 variant is the “preferred choice” of regional operators.
While the book-to-bill ratio dipped below unity over the course of the year, ATR says book-to-bill stayed above this threshold over 2017-18, with 165 orders and 154 deliveries.
