Three years after signing a letter of intent for 10 Bombardier Dash 8 Q400s, Toronto-based start-up Regco Holdings has firmed its order in a deal initially valued at $250 million. The deal includes 10 options. The airline revealed plans in April 2003 to launch services from Toronto’s city centre airport. The carrier intends to serve regional markets in Canada and the USA.
