Hamilton Sundstrand and EADS Sogerma Services, a business unit of EADS, are establishing a joint venture to repair and overhaul auxiliary power units (APU)subject to regulatory approval. Revima APU will be located in Caudebec-en-Caux, near Rouen, France, and is expected to generate roughly $70 million in revenues a year.
