Singapore Technologies Kinetics and Cornell University are teaming up to develop a robotic ground patroller.
Based on ST Kinetics’ Spider light strike vehicle, Cornell will build on the technology it used to compete at the 2005 DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency) Grand Challenge – a 230km (142 miles) autonomous ground vehicle race in the US Mojave Desert.
