Portuguese maintenance and aerostructure specialist OGMA has been approved by Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency to support Embraer 135/145 aircraft.
The company, in which Embraer holds a 65% share, became the Brazilian airframer's first authorised service centre in Europe in 1998.
It has been providing maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for the regional jet and its sibling executive Legacy 600/650 models with approvals from a number of countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine and the United States.
The Russian approval covers line and base maintenance.
