Ryanair is calling for an immediate delay to the implementation of the recent court ruling that its deal with Strasbourg airport is illegal, or it will shut down services to the French city. The airport and the local chamber of commerce agreed last year to pay Ryanair €1.4 million ($1.6 million) if it started two daily London Stansted-Strasbourg services, but the Strasbourg administrative court decided that this was an illegal state subsidy. The court's decision will come into force on 24 September.
