Cessna is planning to release Runway Awareness and Advisory System (RAAS) Service Bulletins for in-service Citation Xs, Excels, Ultras, Encores and Bravos in the third quarter. RAAS improves situational awareness and is designed to reduce the risk of runway incursions. Cessna has also introduced a flight management system performance database as standard on its Citation CJ3.
