Eurocopter has sold four helicopters to Vietnam and one helicopter to Thailand.
HeliVietnam, a new commercial charter venture, will be operating the helicopters which comprise of: one AS355NP, two AS350B3s and one EC135, says Eurocopter.
These will be used for VIP and tourist flights, says Eurocopter, adding that the AS355NP is to be delivered in 2010's first half and the remainder of the fleet in 2011's second half.
Eurocopter also announced at the Singapore Airshow it has sold one EC135 to Thailand's ministry of natural resources and environment.
