Branko Mihailovic has become director of sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Southern Air Transport of Miami, Florida. He replaces Calvert McGibbon, who becomes vice-president for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Mihailovic was formerly general cargo manager for JAT Yugoslav Airlines. Raphael Nzomo is appointed sales coordinator for the new regional sales office in Nairobi, Kenya. He was previously, with air charter company Western Airways, also of Nairobi.
