Lufthansa Flight Training is assisting US investigators probing a fatal crash involving a student pilot at an Arizona aviation school that trains crews for German flag carrier Lufthansa. The single-engined Beech F33 Bonanza crashed about 65km (35nm) south-west of Phoenix on 1 February as the pilot was returning to the Goodyear-based Airline Training Center Arizona after her fifth solo flight.
