Thai Airways plans to increase frequencies on several routes starting 28 October.
The Star Alliance member will increase its Bangkok-Yangon service from twice to thrice daily, before further increasing it to four times daily on 1 February 2013.
The carrier will add four frequencies to services on the Phuket-Seoul Incheon and Bangkok-Taipei Taoyuan routes, increasing flights on these routes to daily and 25 times weekly respectively.
The carrier will add two weekly frequencies on services from Bangkok to Busan, Brisbane and Stockholm, while its daily Phuket-Hong Kong service will be extended to Taipei Taoyuan.
Thai will also add a weekly frequency on services from Bangkok to Nagoya, Islamabad, Karachi and Brussels.
The airline will also reduce the frequency of its Bangkok-Copenhagen service from 10 to nine times weekly.
The carrier's services from Bangkok to Mumbai and Paris will be reduced from 10 times weekly to daily. Flights from Bangkok to Denpasar and Frankfurt will be reduced by two flights weekly.
The Airbus A380 aircraft will be deployed on a daily service to Frankfurt and Paris, starting on 15 December and 16 February 2013 respectively, said the airline in a previous statement.
Thai will also terminate its twice daily Bangkok-Koh Samui service on 16 January 2013. Schedules in Innovata show that Bangkok Airways is the other operator on the route.
