Technology transfer and systems integration capabilities will be at the centre of a joint venture to be announced today between Thales and Gulf Aviation Maintenance (GAMCO) of Abu Dhabi.
The new company will support Thales product in service with users in the United Arab Emirates and look to develop export business, says Jean-Robert Martin, chief executive of Thales defence business area.
