Triumph Group has agreed to purchase Wichita, Kansas-based Excel Manufacturing, which manufactures aircraft structural components. “The Excel Manufacturing transaction adds a significant new capability to our Aerospace Systems Group with its high-speed monolithic machining processes,” says Triumph president and chief executive Richard Ill. Wayne, Pennsylvania-headquartered Triumph designs, manufactures, repairs and overhauls aircraft components and accessories.
