Turkish Airlines is expecting a US-imposed electronics ban to be lifted as early as 5 July.
Chief executive Bilal Eksi disclosed the date through his official social media feed.
Eksi did not elaborate further on his statement.
Turkish Airlines' hub, Istanbul Ataturk, is one of 10 airports subjected to the electronics ban on US-bound flights unveiled in March.
Passengers on these flights have been prohibited from carrying large electronic equipment, such as laptop computers, in the cabin.
UK authorities subsequently put a similar restriction in place affecting UK-bound flights from Turkey.
Abu Dhabi airport, to which the US ban also applied, has just had the restriction lifted as a result of a security review.
