Two pilots were killed after colliding in mid-air on 1 September during an aerobatics display at an air show in Radom, Poland. There were no reports of injuries to spectators.

Eyewitnesses said the collision occured when a three-ship formation spread out and then attempted to re-converge, resulting in two of the aircraft from the Zelazny display team slamming into each other.

The wreckage is reported to have landed in a wooded area at the edge of the airfield near the town of Radom. The two-day event was cancelled after the accident.
