Dubai-based United Aviation Services (booth 608) says its newly launched UAS Elite customer loyalty programme is the first of its kind in the aviation industry.
Flight support services provider UAS was looking to build long-term relationships with customers and decided to do it by taking the air-miles concept to a new level. “The more often a client uses our services, the more benefits he receives,” says UAS general manager Mohammed Husary.
UAS Elite members earn points every time they use and pay for a UAS service. Points can be exchanged for selected UAS services, and every transaction also earns status points determining the four membership categories – Classic, Silver, Gold and Diamond Elite – that define member benefits.
UAS says that within three months of its launch more than 100 clients had registered for the programme and three organisations had graduated to the Silver tier.
Every organisation that uses and pays for UAS services is eligible to join and customers are notified by email of points earned. Members can use a password-protected identity to track their points’ status online, review their history of UAS service requests, and verify financial transactions through invoices and statements.
