Asian budget airline VietJet Air is taking another pair of Airbus A321s from Irish-based lessor AWAS.
The lessor states that it has agreed the long-term lease of two new A321s to the Hanoi-based carrier this year.
VietJet has already taken delivery of an A321 this year and the AWAS aircraft will be the second and third of the type in its fleet.
They will be used on high-density routes, the carrier says, such as that between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
VietJet disclosed during the Paris air show that it was planning to acquire another six A321s.
