Virgin America and Singapore Airlines (SIA) will add an additional route to their codeshare agreement.
SIA will display its code on Virgin America's flights between San Francisco and Austin, says Virgin America in a filing with the US Department of Transportation (DOT).
The codeshare will begin about 30 days after 1 August, it adds.
Virgin America recently added a second daily flight to San Francisco-Austin. The two airlines have been codesharing since December 2012.
