In a new innovation for Airline Business it is teaming up with SITA to present an interactive webinar designed to feature this year’s Airport IT Trends Survey, on 9 December at 15:00 GMT. Moderated by editor Mark Pilling, the webinar features John Newsome, director of IT at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, and Catherine Mayer, vice-president airport solutions at SITA. The webinar will focus on how airports are investing and developing their technology in today’s tough business climate. A particular focus is on the next wave of self-service applications at airports. “Attendance” at the webinar, which will last for 45 minutes and include a live question and answer session, is free.
