The pilots unions of the planned Wings Alliance carriers, Northwest Airlines, Alitalia, Continental Airlines and KLM, have drawn up a legal framework for a joint organisation to be called the Wings Pilots' Coalition (WPC). The intention is to look after the interests of the 15,000 pilots employed by the four airlines when they take alliance decisions.
