Canadian sensor provider WESCAM is demonstrating its new Wisard digital transmission and hand-held receiver system at Le Bourget at Stand B19, Hall 5.
Wisard (Wireless Information for Situational Awareness and Real-time Decisions) uses ultra-compact electronics packaging to create a portable receiver that provides mobile image reception at ranges exceeding 60km (32nm).
As part of the company's new focus on product commonality, the Wisard has been designed for plug-and-play commonality with other visual information components, including the new MX series surveillance turrets.
